Olivia Konrath

In her four years as a Real Estate Broker, Olivia has already made a name for herself in the Chicagoland Real Estate Industry. Originally from New York City, she moved to Chicago 10 years ago when she attended Lake Forest College, and now lives in Beverly with her husband, step daughter, and a number of neighboring relatives. Though she initially came from a marketing and fundraising/development background, Olivia's passion for Real Estate began at an early age, as she followed around her father--a New York Architectural historian, and retired New York Times Columnist--during his visits to a myriad of different types of properties. Specializing in anything from helping first time home buyers, experienced to first time investors, empty nesters looking to downsize, to families needing an expanded living space, Olivia's extensive knowledge and experience of the Real Estate markets throughout Chicago and surrounding Landscapes, in addition to her dedication and loyalty to her clients makes her an agent that clients can trust and have in their corner. She is as passionate about her clients as she is about her friends and family, and works diligently to effectively advise & advocate on their behalf, negotiate, and be present throughout every step of the process until the deal is finalized.
